2. Products and Services
We provide access to online courses, templates, and digital resources for educational and business purposes. All content is owned by the Company and licensed for personal or internal business use only.

4. Payments & Refund Policy
Payments: All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD)
Taxes: We do not charge sales tax for digital products or services
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for courses, templates, or downloads
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without following our dispute process violates these Terms and may result in account termination

All content—including but not limited to courses, templates, graphics, text, and videos—is owned by AcceleratedID and the Instructional Design Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Accuracy or completeness of content
Event Recordings: Live sessions, coaching calls, and Q&A sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in educational or promotional content without compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product/service.
