How it all started...
I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
As a teacher and single mom, I struggled to make ends meet, living paycheck to paycheck and constantly worrying about how to provide for my family. I wanted more. I wanted a career that offered both financial stability and the flexibility to create a better life.
I remember the exact moment when I realized there had to be another way.
As a Teacher, the Path to Growth Felt Nonexistent.
I'll never forget the mental and physical exhaustion that weighed on me or the long hours on my feet, barely a moment to sit.
Rushing from one lesson to the next, grading papers at night and weekends, and running on nothing but caffeine and sheer willpower, I felt like I was constantly running on empty.
Limited bathroom breaks, endless paperwork, and the expectation to give 110% every single day. It all added up to burnout that I could no longer ignore.
I loved teaching, but the physical and mental toll was relentless. I knew something had to change for me.
The Moment It Clicked, Everything Changed.
Just when I was ready to walk away from education altogether, I discovered something that changed everything...instructional design.
